Mark Grashow
President, Co-Founder
Mark taught mathematics at Abraham Lincoln High School in Brooklyn for 35 years. He was the advisor to the school’s service club, coached the swimming team, served as union leader, ran the GED program and advised the Rainbow Alliance. Mark was twice recognized as High School Teacher of the Year for Brooklyn and Staten Island Schools. He retired from teaching in 2001. In 2003, Mark and his wife, Sheri Saltzberg, co-founded USACF. Mark has published several books, travels extensively, and is a nationally ranked swimmer.
Bob Rollins
Bridge Project Director
Bob is an educator and ed tech enthusiast based in San Francisco, California. He has a passionate interest and commitment to using educational technology to inspire learning, imagination and innovation. Since launching USACF's Bridge Project in 2016 Bob has worked hard to grow the project, most recently expanding in Sierra Leone and Nigeria. Bob also loves his work as Program & Partnerships Coordinator for USACF’s We Yone Learning Centre in Sierra Leone.

Brad Epstein
Director
Since joining USACF in 2021, Brad has been bringing his wealth of experience in branding, marketing and strategic planning to his work as a director on our board. His award-winning marketing career includes work for brands such as American Express, MM&M's, and Hyatt while working on cause related campaigns for foster parenting and breast cancer awareness. At present, he is the Chief Marketing Officer of Precision for Medicine, a company that supports the development of breakthrough medical treatments for patients in need.
Sandrea Brooks
Director
With almost a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Sandrea has navigated a dynamic career path that reflects her commitment to intersecting her purpose with positive social impact locally, nationally, and globally. Sandrea collaborates closely with high-net-worth investors to develop tailored financial plans that align with their unique goals and brings a holistic approach to wealth management. In joining the board of US-ACF, Sandrea seeks to drive meaningful change by taking on the role as a connector, linking those in need of assistance with individuals and resources capable of delivering it.

Dr. Patrick Awosogba
Director
Dr. Patrick Banji Awosogba joined USACF’s board in 2024, after collaborating with USACF’s Bridge Project on a very successful project that launched digital libraries at 13 schools in Nigeria. He brings a remarkable breadth of experience including founding Mott Hall Science & Technology Academy and New Pathways Academy, two New York City public schools in the Bronx. Patrick is an Evangelist and is active with his congregation at Christ Apostolic Church in Brooklyn where he also directs their Goke Oyedeji Humanitarian Outreach educational program. Patrick works as a coach/leadership strategist with several schools across New York City.
